Nutritious smoothie with green tea & ginger

ingredients

2 dl unsweetened almond drink

1/2 banana

1 dl mango

1 kiwi

The juice from 1/2 lime

1-2 large fists of spinach leaves

0.5 tsp ginger powder from WellAware

A capsule of green tea from WellAware

 

Do this

1. Mix all ingredients in a mixer. Break the capsule with green tea and add contains in your smoothie. Mix for another minute. Then pour into a glass and enjoy. Now you have a nutritious smoothie full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
