Protein-rich oatmeal

Protein enrich your oatmeal with WellAware oat protein

 

Ingredients

1 cup oatmeal

1/2-1 tablespoon chia seeds

2 dl water

1 scoop WellAware oat protein powder

1/2 teaspoon cardamom

A little salt

Do this

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and heat in your microwave for about 2-3 min. Top with any topping, e.g. bananas, blueberries, WellAware rose hips powder,. Eat and enjoy.
